Negotiator (Claimant)

Location: MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE

The Role:

You will work with autonomy on your own pre-litigation credit hire caseload, negotiating liability and settlements using all available tools and relevant caselaw, ensuring we achieve the best settlements as promptly as possible.
 

You will be responsible for reviewing the recoverability of files and the outlay presented, engaging in proactive telephone and email negotiations with third party insurance companies. You will adhere to agreed guidelines on recovery processes using a delegated authority (where applicable). You may attend strategy meetings from time to time and provide advice and feedback to instructing clients and the assist in giving guidance throughout whilst obtaining all the relevant information required to settle the claim or alternatively progress the claim through to the litigation team.

​You will manage your daily tasks through our purpose-built case management system making every file touch count, using your skills and knowledge to successfully settle the claim through negotiation either over the phone or in written correspondence.

Must have:

• 2+ Years Credit Hire recovery experience

• A desire to succeed
